Staner Gourmet Restaurant

We have set ourselves a high goal of only offering products from the region or the gourmet country of Austria as far as possible in our inn.
Our motto 'Senza Convini - without borders' is reflected in our menu but especially in our daily specials, which almost always have a story to tell but at least reveal the recipe.

Convenience products or other flavor enhancers are completely banned from our kitchen and we are therefore able to respond to almost all of our guests' wishes (possibly due to allergies).
This commitment was confirmed with the entry into the Carinthian state finals of Austria's Genusswirte in 2012/2013; 2013/2014; Rewarded in 2014/2015 and 2015/2016

In 2022 we were awarded 3 snails in the SlowFood Guide
